I stayed at this hotel with mixed feelings. The rooms were kept at a very nice temperature at all times and although located around the back of the hotel, they didn't get much light, but they could have been a little cleaner. On the plus side, they come with a kitchenette, which was handy.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff said they would clean the room, but there were some issues with the payment process. However, they were friendly and asked if we were expecting visitors.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, near restaurants and shopping. It was a nice place but needed some repairs. On the upside, it was close to Hamilton Place Mall, making it a good spot to come and go as needed.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and had a useful full kitchen, but the lack of proper lighting around the back was a downside. The friendly service was commendable, although there was a minor incident with one staff member. The location was excellent within Chattanooga, close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The dining experience was somewhat limited due to the early breakfast hours and pre-packaged food. However, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, it reeked of cigarettes. On the bright side, the room was clean, neat, and orderly. The hotel's location was convenient with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, but the property didn't feel very safe. Overall, a mixed stay with some positives and negatives.
